1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SWAPVISION IT SOLUTIONS (“the Company”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

SWAPVISION IT SOLUTIONS offers website design and digital marketing services. These services may include, but are not limited to, website development, graphic design, social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the execution of services. Any delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client are not the responsibility of SWAPVISION IT SOLUTIONS.

4. Payments and Fees

Clients agree to pay the fees associated with the services as outlined in the proposal or agreement provided by SWAPVISION IT SOLUTIONS. Payment terms and methods will also be specified in the proposal.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the design, development, and marketing materials created by SWAPVISION IT SOLUTIONS will remain the property of the Company until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the client will have ownership of the final deliverables.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any information, including but not limited to trade secrets, business plans, and client information, obtained during the term of the agreement.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. SWAPVISION IT SOLUTIONS reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

SWAPVISION IT SOLUTIONS will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. The total liability of the Company shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

SWAPVISION IT SOLUTIONS reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
